So I downloaded the Ab Workout app, Cardio Workout app, daily yoga app, arm workout app, leg workout app and butt workout app for the iPod touch. I also downloaded MyFitnessPal app and I want to log my workout into MyFitnessPal but I don't know how many calories I burned. :/ I tried googling it but nothing helped. So if someone can tell me how many calories are burned in each session pleeeease help me. Thanks
