    Is this a good Bicep routine?

    3sets of 10x rep's 40lb dumbbells curls

    3sets of 20x rep's 30lb dumbbells hammer curls

    3 sets of 20x rep's 30lb dumbbells curls

    4 sets of 20x rep's 20lb dumbbells sitting down concentrated curls

    3 sets of 10x rep's Bicep Pull ups

    this is my bicep routine i do curl 105 pounds with the straight bar sometimes but i really find if i do that i am not able to do the rest of my workout but plz tell me if it is a good bicep routine thanks and i will also be buying 50lbs soon i have spent about 500-600 dollars on my eqp and need to save some more money to get them

    Heavier isn't always better. What are your workout goals? Are you bulking or toning right now?

    Agreed with Greg. You don't want to hurt yourself. Make sure to use proper form. If you aren't able to then the weight is too heavy.

    That looks like a great routine to me. I think that I could get into something like this one.

    Work outs can and will be different for each individual person Results will defintely vary based on work out loads and muscle endurance.

    Its good but i rather go lighter first before i do heavy might get injured

    Edit...Im pretty sure the 351C is the same....flame suit on if Im wrong
