Arm workouts with the Bowflex PR3000
Hey guys. I am looking for a few arm work outs for the PR3000 this machinwe is quite overwhelming. I have set it up and looked through the booklet that shows the different exercises. I liked them but wondered if you guys have any input as to what the best work out options for me would be here.

I like this position for a laying bicep curl. Actually feels great in range of motion: bowflex-bicep-exercise-2[1].gif
