Hello All, first post here. Been using my M5 for a few months now and I need the Max Interval/Smart Max Interval trainings resistance to go up more. The challenge has worn off, I need higher resitances in these workouts while going hard. The problem is, increasing the resistance while working out from the button panel doesn't seem to do anything. Can anyone offer input or refer me to where I can find the answer to this question?
