Sounds like a great workout. I next do my shoulders on Monday so I will try this then. Any more advice for shoulders? I like the bent over flys for them too. I really like the way it feels.

hey guys i just got these a couple weeks ago. grabbed the dumbbells the stand and a bench from bowflex. love this thing!!! it saves so much space its unbelievable!
